Cora S Butler, RIC, MA, CAMS II
Resident in Counseling
Cora has practiced counseling services since 2007. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University in 2003. She went on to receive her Masters Degrees in Human Services and Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2010 and 2013, respectively. Wanting to provide additional services to our country's veterans, Cora received a graduate certificate in Military Resilience again from Liberty University in 2015.
Cora's primary focus in the mental health field has been with adolescents, and young and middle aged adults who display mental, behavioral, and emotional illness resulting in significant functional impairments in major life activities.
She recently became certified in 2020 as a Certified Anger Management Specialist II through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA), which allows her to facilitate Anger Management Groups.
Stephanie Smith, Ed.S.
Professional Consultant
Stephanie is a retired educator of 30+ years and is the first African-American Female Principal of Dallas County High School in Plantersville, Alabama. She earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Concordia College; M.Ed. in Library Media Services from the University of West Alabama; M.Ed. and Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Auburn University-Montgomery.
Stephanie has also participated on various external school review teams seeking accreditation or reaccreditation in Alabama and Georgia through AdvancEd which is now referred to as Cognia. Stephanie continues to work as a consultant, external evaluator, editor, and researcher for various companies across the United States.
Stephanie's primary focus in education has always been to promote a growth mindset in ages ranging from birth throughout adulthood with an emphasis on providing specialized training in the areas of School Improvement, Leadership Development, Homeschooling, Mental Health, and Autism.
